Quality Management Policy
Our commitment to quality is driven by ISO 9001:2015 principles, ensuring consistent delivery of high-standard energy services and engineering products.
PDCA Cycle Implementation
We adopt the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology to systematically plan projects, execute with precision, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions. This includes setting measurable KPIs (e.g., 98% on-time delivery) and conducting quarterly management reviews.
Supplier Scorecards
Vendors are evaluated bi-annually on criteria such as quality, delivery timeliness, cost competitiveness, and compliance with the NOGICD Act. Scores below 80% trigger performance improvement plans or supplier replacement.
Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA
Non-conformities are investigated using tools like 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams to identify underlying issues. Corrective actions are tracked via CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) logs, with closure rates audited monthly to ensure resolution within 30 days.
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
Kaizen workshops are held semi-annually to engage cross-functional teams in process optimization, reducing waste and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Integrated Management System (IMS)
Official document managed under KENBAR ENERGY compliance protocols.
